Hi, I'm Sassy or Miss Sassy or Sassy Pants, if you prefer. I am the newest addition to the Hoyt-Allen family having just arrived on Saturday April 13, 2013. Peggy and Joe picked me up in Jacksonville from my friends Tom and Anne Davis who kept me for a few days while I was waiting for my new home. I am a Sunshine Corgi Rescue dog - I was rescued once before when I was 8 or 9. Then my adopted mom died and I had to find a new place to live. For some reason, Peggy and Joe, who just lost their Corgi, Corkie, decided they wanted me - a little tri color girl with a beeeeeutiful tail.
I'm so happy to have a new family, new sisters and a new life! I've been very very good, so far. I rode nicely in the car, I slept all night. I went out and did my business and I've not gotten into any trouble. I was a little concerned because I'm no spring chicken - I'm 11 years old. You can't tell though because I am very slim for my age and very active. I have a few little health things - like eyes that need drops, and pills for my hips. I also eat some special food. Peggy and Joe don't seem to mind, thankfully. Hope to see you soon!
